**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to be part of our dynamic lending team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging with customers via phone and SMS
- Submitting loans for approval and funding

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Have a genuine interest in helping customers and building rapport with a professional approach
- Enjoy interacting with customers over the phone and via SMS
- Thrive when working towards personal and team objectives and targets

Previous experience in sales, lending, or credit roles is advantageous but not essential.

**Important Information**:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
