We’re seeking a Leading Hand to join our busy team in Huntingwood, NSW on a full-time basis. Reporting to the NSW Warehouse Supervisor this is very much a hands-on role where no 2 days are the same.

**The role**:

- Receive and despatch multiple loads.
- Liaise with customers
- Supervise a small team of forklift operators
- Work closely with local and linehaul allocators, and administrators to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain warehouse inventory.
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Administration management.
- Ensure increased efficiencies across the warehouse operation
- Hours of work - 2pm to 10pm / Mon - Fri

**About you**:

- Extensive warehouse operations experience
- Experience in transport and logistics industry
- Forklift licence (LF)
- Supervisory experience
- Sound knowledge of WHS & Chain of responsibility legislation
- Proficient with Word/Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
