**About this role**:
Looking to join a friendly and collaborative design studio? This well-known practice is looking for an energetic Project Lead with Design Practitioner Registration and ideally ArchiCAD, to join their design team. They have an impressively diverse project portfolio across education, residential, and commercial projects. Located in the leafy city fringe and boasting a great office culture. This role will suit a design professional with developed skills across all stages of a project.

**Key responsibilities**
- Utilise your specialised technical knowledge and work across a diversity of projects including multi-residential, education and mixed-use projects
- Contribute to the design and development of key projects
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Produce resolved design ideas collaboratively and autonomously
- See your projects get build

**Skills and experience**
- Completed qualifications in Architecture
- Excellent ArchiCAD skills as well as excellent technical documentation and detailing ability
- Provide a strong portfolio of relevant project examples
- Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
