San Churro Rockingham is seeking a experienced Duty Manager to join our team We are able to offer a casual position expecting approximately 10-15 hours per week. This position would suit a Tafe / Uni student. Hours would increase during School holidays, Winter and across the Christmas/New Year holiday period.

As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the Chocolateria, providing exceptional service to San Churro customers and producing our amazing products to a high-standard. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring other employees as well as upholding San Churro and OHS standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun-loving team in an environment that truly develops your career and sets you on the path to managing your own successful team.

Skills and experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry within a shift-running or management position
- Barista experience is a necessity.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work across a 7-day roster including late nights (11:30pm on weekends, 10:30pm during the week)

A manager Food Health and Safety certificate with course codes: SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006 is a mandatory requirement.

Pay: $23.29 - $41.26 per hour
