We currently have available with some of the industry leaders in the WA Mining and Construction Industries. We are currently seeking experienced HSE Professionals for our internal business as well as for some of our FIFO clients

**POSITION**: HSE Professionals

**LOCATION**: Rockingham

**HOURS**: Negotiable (preferably 3 days a week)

**START**: ASAP

**DURATION**: Ongoing

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in injury management field (health, occupational therapy) or significant relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated exceptional level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Significant experience in a similar Injury Management/Return to Work coordination capacity
- Comprehensive knowledge, understanding and ability to interpret legislation, industrial instruments, policies and procedures relevant to Australian and State Specific Workers Compensation and Injury Management
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
- Ability to work in an effective partnership with key stakeholders, autonomously and within a team environment
- Strong ability to demonstrate empathy, communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Present neat documentation, correspondence and records as requested
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed
