Experienced receptionist required to join administration team in a psychology practice.

**The role will include;**
As the successful receptionist, you will be operating the front desk of the facility as the first point of contact for all questions and enquiries. Joining a team of administrators, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Professional phone manner
- Greeting clients and register clients according to established protocols
- Booking appointments
- Maintaining levels of office supplies
- Issuing patients with invoices and taking payments
- Scanning, entering and updating information onto the database
- Completing other clerical duties as assigned
- Ensuring reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- The ability to identify and deal with issues pro-actively
- The discipline to independently follow tasks through to completion
- A strong focus on customer service with an excellent telephone manner
- Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Be culturally aware

**If you possess;**
- Previous reception experience, preferably in the medical field
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience with practice management software
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Professional customer service
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Great organisation skills

Hours offered: Rotating 3-week roster (week 1 Friday 9am to 5pm, Week 2 Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 5pm, Week 3 Wednesday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 5pm)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $24.47 per hour
