**The Role**
We are seeking a highly organised, energetic and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO in their day-to-day operations. Based in Mentone, this role will have you working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. This rare opportunity will allow you to undertake a multitude of tasks where no two days are the same. Your ability to coordinate and manage varying expectations and daily workflows will be highly advantageous. Your main duties will include but not be limited to;
- Extensive diary management for the CEO and CFO to ensure they are maximising their time, are supporting people and are prioritising.
- Assist with conference set ups / workshops for the ELT.
- Travel coordination to book domestic and international flights, accommodation, car hire and itineraries.
- Coordinate Board meetings and prepare relevant documentation.
- Help plan and prepare Business Update Sessions by collating slides from each function of the deck.
- Expense management on behalf of the leadership team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to foster a strong Patties culture.
- Help support the receptionist with additional office admin duties.
- Event planning for the ELT and broader Patties business

**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be people focused whilst being committed to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at C-Suite level.
- A naturally welcoming and optimistic disposition.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
