The company is dedicated to bringing sacred artistry and craftsmanship into homes across Australia and worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced **Shop Manager** to lead our store operations and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Salary**:$75,000 - $85,000 per annum

**Role**:Full time

**Location**: Smithfield NSW 2164

**Main Duties**:

- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure superior customer experience.
- Supervise showroom displays, merchandising, and product presentation.
- Lead and train team members to maintain service excellence and store standards.
- Coordinate stock control, supplier orders, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement marketing, sales, and promotional activities to support business growth.
- Set and review pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Monitor budgets, analyse sales data, and manage financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.
- Handle complex customer enquiries and customised temple orders.
- Stay up to date with market trends and customer preferences in devotional and spiritual products.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in temple, religious, or handcrafted product retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of temple craftsmanship, product quality, and customer preferences in devotional home design.
- Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and customer relations.
- Proficiency in POS and retail management systems.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
