**The opportunity**

Immerse yourself in the world of premium chocolate whilst overseeing this iconic store. As the captain of the ship, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing a talented team, and ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

You will have the autonomy to run the store like it was your own, showcasing your exceptional management skills, recruiting and build a high-performing team as well as identifying and developing future leaders.

As a dedicated Store Manager, you may have the chance to grow within the company, potentially taking on larger store locations or even corporate roles.

This will be a fulfilling role that combines leadership and customer service, and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a respected brand known for its commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience in a Store Manager position.
- Passionate about delivering inspirational and memorable customer experiences.
- Strong people skills and the ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Financial acumen is a bonus but not essential; this can be taught on-the-job.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable presentation to represent our premium brand.
