The Opportunity

As Store Manager you'll lead and motivate the team, creating a high performing culture that is focused on delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all operational functions

  • Lead, coach and develop the team

  • Running a high sales volume store you need to drive financial outcomes in line with KPI's

  • Recruitment selection and onboarding of new team members

  • Create and manage rosters

  • Provide exceptional customer service levels….always

  • Ensure VM standards are met and in line with company guidelines

  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product

About You

  • Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a retail store manager

  • Experience in performance management and recruitment

  • Confident in carrying out operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting and staff training

  • Understanding of the importance of 'brand'. Confident in being a strong brand advocate for staff and customers alike

  • A passion for water sports, snow or the general outdoors is preferred but not essential
