**About the role**

We have an exciting role to join our Western Australian sales team for a professional who enjoys working with cutting edge digital platforms to provide data-led solutions to our customers. You will have an interest in the automotive, transport, marine and Defence industries and a willingness to learn our extensive product range to deliver superior customer outcomes. This is a full-time **Customer Service **role at our facility at Welshpool in Western Australia. Working in a supportive local team as part of a broader national sales team, this is a role where no 2 days are ever the same.

**About This Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use data and digital platforms to drive customer solution conversations and activities
- Act as key resource for customers to ensure our product range is fit for purpose and provide for a seamless customer experience
- Provide product advice & manage the quoting process
- Promote our e Commerce platform and educate customers in its use
- Provide end to end customer interactions to ensure timely delivery of product
- Provide interface between the customer and our production and planning teams

**You will possess**:

- Experience in digital platforms and use of data in customer interactions
- Capacity to be highly organised with proactive attitude when dealing with customers
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of warehousing and distribution systems

Pay: $51,100.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
