**KALGOORLIE BASED ROLE**

**The position**:
As a Payroll and remuneration Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the punctual and precise execution of payroll processes, alongside offering administrative assistance. Additionally, you will provide guidance on remuneration and benefits to the Human Resources team.

**Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to**:

- Guaranteeing precise and prompt processing of payroll
- Offering up-to-date and accurate HR advice and assistance
- Crafting internal HR resources to drive ongoing enhancements
- Gathering and upholding payroll information
- Creating summaries of earnings, deductions, and related details
- Executing diverse payments and benefits as necessary
- Managing payroll operations in alignment with established policies
- Generating on-demand financial and operational reports
- Staying current with employee privileges and legal entitlements
- Overseeing welfare benefits and suggesting improvements
- Fulfilling any additional responsibilities as deemed necessary
- A pertinent higher education degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification will be held in high regard
- Proven experience in payroll within the resources industry
- Familiarity with Pronto, UKG, and the Payroll Metrics system will be viewed favourably
- Sound comprehension of relevant payroll and tax regulations
- Exemplary efficiency and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written aptitude, along with adept coordination abilities
