**About you**:
You are best described as a self-starter, willing to work in both a workshop environment as well as being able to work independently and effectively when on-site.

You have a quick problem-solving attitude and eye for detail to manage multiple tasks and limit machinery downtime for our customers.

We are a locally owned, family business providing services to the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas. We specialise in fixed plant maintenance, fleet management, and the servicing, repairs & maintenance of a wide range of heavy commercial vehicles, earth-moving & civil, agricultural, and associated diesel equipment.

**The Role**:

We share knowledge and experience while servicing a wide range of customers from various industries. In return, the successful applicant will receive ongoing training and rates dependant on skills and industry experience.

**Primary duties will include**:

- Accurate record keeping and timely job completion
- Workshop and onsite maintenance, repairs & services
- Working both independently and within a team environment
- Adhering to safe work practices
- Providing outstanding customer service to our clients

**Essential work skills and attributes**:

- Trade Certificate and quality industry experience with a minimum 2-year post trade
- Current Drivers’ licence (HR preferred)
- Electrical/Boilermaking/Welding Qualifications highly regarded
- High attention to detail, pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Pride in your appearance, conduct, and your work environment.
- Ability to think outside the box and see new business opportunities.
- Have a desire to success and be part of our success.
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Enthusiasm, and a sense of humour.
