**The Position**

This role will give you exposure to sourcing within a large organisation across a number of clients and variety of disciplines. You will have access to a variety of recruitment tools and technology as you learn from experienced recruitment leaders who have had long careers in Talent Acquisition and can help you grow your career. Our National Recruitment Team is headed toward a significant growth phase supported with new technology that will change how we work, this is a fantastic time to join the team as they embark on this journey.

**The Person**

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in an Advisor or Support role within an internal or external Recruitment / HR environment or in a Customer facing role
- Ability to meet KPIs and work to tight deadlines.
- Resilient with a good work ethic
- Excellent research skills
- Working well within a team and contributing to overall team strength through collaboration
- Customer focus in everything you do
- Ability to travel to remote sites and attend career expos
- Experience in using recruitment systems - Desirable
