Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team in Perth on a part-time basis - 20 hours per week. This role would suit an established recruiter with mining maintenance experience.

The Perth office is strategically located at the Airport (T1/T2) and boasts an impressive staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end recruitment
- Building talent pools
- Partnering with the hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions
- Coordination of pre employment checks
- Reporting on vacancies and activities

**Qualifications and attributes**
- Experience recruiting for mining maintenance roles - preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Mobilisation / Recruitment administration experience
- Success Factors experience - not essential
- Strong communication skills and high level of discretion
- Enjoys working autonomously
