Located on beautiful Manly Beach in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the New Brighton Hotel has four floors of dining, bars and entertainment for you to experience, offering something for everyone. Come enjoy some of Manly’s best local live talent, watch the big game live and loud in our sports bar or check out our Balcony Bar which has the widest range of craft beers and spirits on the Northern Beaches.

Our beautiful Rooftop Garden Bar offers sprawling views from Shelly to Queenscliff Beaches and some truly amazing cocktails and meals. The hotel is located within walking distance of Manly Ferries and is only a short trip away from prime Northern Beaches locations such as Brookvale Stadium where you can see the mighty Sea Eagles in action.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager with ALH

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG, ARCG, CLO.
