Duties Include:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Assisting with stock control, production expenses and stock ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of bakery
- Assisting with production scheduling to ensure smooth production run
- Assisting with production planning to ensure adequate quantities of end of day stock
- Assisting sales staff to ensure customers receive delightful service
- Coaching and support of apprentices and bakers assists.

Qualities/Qualification Required
- Have a baking trade qualification or sufficient experience to perform duties
- Be a team player
- Be used to early starts, some weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable to work in a busy production environment
- Take pride in producing quality products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Rotating roster

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
