Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for great coffee and exceptional service? We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to take the reins at our bustling Freshwater Mrs Jones the Baker

Location: Freshwater
Hours: Full-time, must be available weekends

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:
As our store manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—leading a passionate team, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for staff management, stock control, product displaying, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our loyal customer base.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in hospitality or cafe management
- Skilled barista able to operate the machine solo confident adjusting grinder
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- A hands-on, can-do flexible attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
