**About us.**

Operating 32years, Be Daring is an award-winning Adult Products retailer and wholesaler. We trade three retail stores with intentions to open more.

We operate three B2C websites including our recently launched.co.nz website. We also operate a wholesale business Daring Adult Wholesale with a B2B website from our Narangba offices and warehouse.

We have small but growing ecommerce team including ecommerce manager, marketing & communications officer (MCO), online merchandiser, admin and dispatch staff. Our business growth now sees us adding second MCO. The MCO would be working alongside and assisting our experienced ecommerce manager and current MCO.

**About the role**

The role is interesting, varied, and the successful applicant will gain considerable experience and many new skills in this interesting and unique industry.

The position would suit someone recently graduated in marketing looking to get their teeth into real life practical skills and experience, or perhaps you have a flair for writing and love people interaction. The day-to-day role may include:

- Sales and customer service phone reception and assisting click and collect customers. Product training will be provided.
- Blog writing & assisting to prepare content for the websites and social media.

Comprehensive writing skills and good typing speed is essential for this role.
- Graphic Art. Experience would be useful, but we have a graphic artist on site and a contract artist so not essential, but possibilities here to learn.
- Preparing and sending EDMs. Experience would be an advantage, but we can train.
- Assisting with various marketing projects.
- Assisting with Google AdWords.
- Assisting in maintaining product database

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Formal marketing qualifications would be advantageous
- Strong writing & communication skills.
- Confident articulate salesperson.
- Experience in the MS office suite. Typing speed 40 wpm.
- Motivated & enthusiastic.
- Well organised
- Ability to work independently and a part of team.
- Must be prepared to appear in our social media.
