**About the Role**
Are you a compassionate and reliable Support Worker with experience in mental health? Join our team as a casual Support Worker in Annerley and surrounding areas, where you’ll make a real difference by supporting clients both in their homes and out in the community. With growing client needs, this exciting opportunity allows you to assist with everyday tasks, accompany clients to appointments, shopping trips, and community activities—bringing comfort, confidence, and connection to their lives.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing personal care and assisting with daily routines
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition needs
- Assisting with manual handling and mobility aids (wheelchair, hoist)
- Offering emotional and mental health support
- Supporting clients with domestic tasks and household management
- Facilitating community access and social participation

**What We are Looking for**
- Experience in mental health support
- Ability to use own vehicle for travel within the service area
- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Availability for at least 5 days per week with flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends

**Essential Requirements**
- Open Class Driver’s Licence
- Comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- QLD Blue card (Working with Children Check)
