**About our client**:
Our client is a 62 year old male who identifies as LGBTIQ+. His main diagnosis is Alzheimer’s disease but he has a number of other medical issues as well as being a smoker and alcoholic. He worked as an assistant in nursing for 20 years.

He needs full assistance with tasks of daily living including:

- Assistance with showering and dressing daily
- Meal preparation daily
- Access to the community - shopping, appointments, picking up meds from chemist etc as well as visits to the dog park and other places he enjoys
- Domestic assistance - includes bed linen changes and washing

- NDIS worker screening
- Federal Police check
- Current drivers license
- Comprehensive Insurance on your car
- First Aid Certificate

As part of our induction, we require you to complete short training modules including the NDIS worker induction.

You will be paid under the SHADS award, as level 2: paypoint 1, social employee. We pay weekly, 1 week in arrears.

**Salary**: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour
