The locations span from Northside, Southside, Inner City, Camp Hill, Annerley, Ipswich and Logan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Promote independence and community engagement
- Follow individual support plans and guidelines
- Monitor and report on client progress and wellbeing
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure holistic support
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Attend training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

- You have a positive attitude and empathetic nature.
- Knowledge and understanding of disability support principles and practices
- You are an excellent listener who can communicate authentically and honestly, and are able to work independently.
- You are adaptable to the different needs, environments, experiences, and cultural backgrounds of our clients.
- You treat others with dignity, respect and are without judgement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trauma Informed Care experience preferred
- Previous experience in supporting participants with Mental Health diagnosis essential
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current NDIS Workers Screening Card and a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
