Adelaide City General Practice is seeking to employ a friendly and enthusiastic medical receptionist on a casual basis for our inner city practice. We pride ourselves on welcoming patients and all other visitors to the practice in a friendly, courteous, caring and culturally sensitive manner.

The Medical Reception Team is essential to the efficient operation of the clinic's day-to-day activities. Duties include answering the telephone, relaying messages, maintenance and scheduling of doctors' and practice nurses' appointment diaries, the provision of administrative support to clinical staff and all matters relating to billing, payments and associated activities.

Experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.96 - $32.35 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ADELAIDE, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
