What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and ensure their details are accurately recorded
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with care and precision
• Manage billing and correspondence with professionalism
• Support doctors' clinics and maintain accurate records
• Be a reliable and friendly voice on the phone, helping patients feel supported
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate and motivated individual with a passion for patient care
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in medical reception or administration (Genie/Gentu knowledge a plus)
• A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to every interaction
