Narambulla: Farm Hand/tractor Driver

Narambulla Partnership have an exciting position available for a Farm Hand/Tractor Driver. The role is predominately based in Goulburn, however, some travel will be required.

The role includes, but is not limited to;
- In the off season, the role will include: fencing, livestock work, general farm duties, labouring, weed spraying.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Truck licence, or willing to upgrade is advantageous.
- Maintaining accurate record keeping of livestock movements i.e. drenching, tagging, weighing
- Preparation of equipment and machinery for seeding and/or harvest.
- Daily machinery maintenance and pre-start checks.
- Operation of farm machinery including tractors, header, tillage equipment, grain bins and augers.
- Workshop tidying and maintenance.
- General servicing and maintenance of farm vehicles, small motors and other equipment.
- Fencing and fence maintenance.
- Stock work including drenching, yard work and mustering.
- Soil conservation activities including tree planting.
- Check and maintain water systems (dams, pumps, tanks etc.).
- Domestic duties when required e.g. rubbish disposal, mowing farmyard.

White card, current First Aid and ChemCERT competencies are a prerequisite.
