**The role of Principal Advisor (Project Management) is to lead and support the TMR project management framework to successfully deliver QTRIP transport infrastructure projects and corporate (non-ICT) initiatives. The framework consists of policies, project governance, methodology, templates, tools and project support.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Provide specialist advice and guidance in managing the life cycle of the department's project management framework.
- Facilitate and support continuous improvement through research and analysis on emerging best practices to project management information, processes and tools.

To thrive in this role, you will need to:

- Demonstrate experience in project management, along with knowledge of best practice approaches and methodologies is essential, while formal qualifications in project management is desirable.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills and proven ability to lead change and continuous improvement to uphold best practice in project management.
