Our client is a growing and ambitious national law firm who have operations across 4 states. They work with a range of commercial clients from multinationals to SMEs. They are strengthening their finance team and seeking an experienced Trust Officer to join their team and work across accounts payable and trust accounting; initially on a contractual basis, but with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent fixture in the team.

**The Role**:
As the Trust & AP Officer your duties will include:

- Daily trust reconciliations
- Processing and receipting of trust payments
- Ensuring compliance with trust regulations
- Providing overflow support to the AP team
- Maintaining the integrity of the ledger
- Assisting with the audit process

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this Trust and Accounts Payable Officer role, you do not necessarily need experience with Trust, however you will need:

- Immediate availability
- Prior experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and personable nature
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
- Experience in a professional services environment is highly regarded, but not essential
- Trust accounting experience is highly desired, but not essential
