
Housekeeping Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily signing in and out of all worksheets and all keys to associates
- Control rooms cleaning flow and return
- Allocation of work to Housekeeping Attendants, AM and PM.
- Ensure that all guest requests are logged correctly at all times and dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner.
- Ensure that any complaints are dealt with in a professional manner. Take immediate corrective action and ensure that all complaints are passed onto a supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
- Communicate daily with Front Office, Engineering and related departments for all requirements. Ensure that prior work is carried out.
- Responsible for reporting all maintenance to the Engineering Department through work orders on the computer system
- Responsible for managing Lost and Found.
- Communicate daily with staff members and supervisors information, which is designated from the Housekeeping office.
**What we need from you**
- A minimum 2 years proven experience as a housekeeping coordinator/ Supervisor experience in a busy hotel.
- Be flexible to work various shift times, including AM, Mid and PM shifts.
- ** Proven experience working with Opera PMS and preferably experience with Hotsos or Knowcross**:
- Flexibility with the ability to step up as a floor supervisor
- Proven time management skills and the ability to quickly identify issues and find solutions
