**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead and Support Agile Teams**: Guide Product Owners and their multi-disciplinary Agile teams, validating epics and features, resolving issues, and prioritizing inputs to inform product decisions and direction.
- ** Product Roadmap Development**: Create outcome-oriented product roadmaps based on customer insights and feedback, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for customer-centric product development and delivery.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with Change Program stakeholders to define product enhancements that meet customer needs and maximize ROI.
- ** Integration and Value Maximization**: Work with delivery, service, and technology stakeholders to integrate products and services, ensuring value for money in digital service delivery.
- ** Coaching and Continuous Improvement**: Support and coach Product Owners and scrum teams to deliver on the product roadmap, driving continuous improvement in product and system enhancements.
- ** Agile Mindset**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency, demonstrating best practice Agile principles.
**Essential Experience and Skills**:
- ** Digital Product Management**: Proven ability to define, develop, implement, and manage digital products aligning with strategic roadmaps.
- ** Communication and Stakeholder Management**: Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- ** Work Ethic and Agility**: Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude, capable of working to tight deadlines in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
- ** Leadership in Cross-functional Teams**: Experience leading cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product life cycle.
- ** Agile Methodologies**: Proficient in Agile methodologies, capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
- ** Tools Proficiency**: Experienced with tools such as Azure DevOps and Miro.
- ** SAFe and Digital Service Standard**: Deep understanding and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the Digital Service Standard.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, particularly within a government context, using SAFe and the Digital Service Standard.
- Proficiency with Agile methodology and tools like DevOps and Miro.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, influence stakeholders, and support Product Owners.
- Proven leadership in driving continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
