My client is a market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are on the search for a Regional Manager to work alongside the senior leadership, sales and operations team.

The primary purpose of the roles is to ensure the comapines region safely and efficiently services its customers to meet financial targets of revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive financials/ targets including P&L
- Responsible for regional growth strategy, developing & maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers & partners
- Ensure new business opportunities and strategies are pursued
- Responsible for running both in branch and commercial operational processes
- Work in collaboration with technical services for supply, design, equipment and material as required
- Provide strong mentorship to team members in alignment with the company values
- Ensure effective management of people, work closely with recruitment and sales for any business growth and strategy planning

**Your experience will include**:

- Experience within manufacturing (gas/chemicals)
- Strong leadership experience
- Successful experience leading teams for revenue & growth
- Strong business acumen and people skills
- Full, clean drivers license
- Full working rights in Australia
