**Ventia** have an exciting opportunity for a **Project Administrator** to join our **5 Year Western Power** contract, based at our **NEW** facility in **Forrestdale**. This is a **full time permanent** position working **Monday to Friday**.

**About the role**:

- Providing support for operational personnel with regards to training of relevant procurement systems
- Assist with reviewing & updating of purchase orders, open requisitions, & accounts payable workflow
- Create and maintain reports on works completion and progress
- Organise and book travel, accommodation and transport

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a Project Administration environment within the Procurement Industry (preferred)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel
- Time management, planning, resourcing, and organisational skills
- Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- SAP & Ariba experience desirable but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in Procurement or Contract Management desirable but not essential
