Kenworthy Diesel is looking for a switched-on Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Forrestdale. This role plays a hands-on part in growing our contractor and permanent workforce across our workshops, and site based projects.

If you're experienced in recruitment, sales, or customer service, and you're confident speaking with tradespeople, we want to hear from you.

Your Role at Kenworthy Diesel:

  • Sourcing candidates for roles like HD Mechs, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Servicepeople and more.

  • Screening and engagement with candidates via phone, email, SMS, and other social platforms.

  • Coordinating reference checks, pre-employment documents, and mobilisation requirements.

  • Assisting with job adverts and recruitment marketing.

  • Maintaining and developing talent pools and keeping candidate records up to date.

  • Helping prepare onboarding packs, travel, accommodation for site starters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communicator - Phone, email, in-person.

  • Administration and time management skills.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems.

  • Able to work independently once confident in the role - we value autonomy and trust our team to get on with it.

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

  • Experience in similar role, recruitment, sales, or customer service.

  • Familiarity with Seek, LinkedIn, or mobilisation software.
