**Melbourne's #1 Pancake House is hiring** _The Pancake Parlour is a Melbourne based, family-owned business that has been operating since 1965. A company stacked with development opportunities, we are currently seeking new Supervisors to join our leadership team at our conveniently located Doncaster store._

The Supervisor's main focus is ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. They also have accountability for the following statistics on their shifts:

- Cost of wages
- Average spend per customer
- Total gross profit
- Number of up-sells and second orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: Up to $75,000.00 per year
