**ECCO Doncaster **is looking for highly motivated and competitive Retail Team Leader with a passion to succeed. Whilst dedicated to providing a personal level of customer service, you will drive your team to achieve results through leadership and coaching, driving productivity, executing brand campaigns and selling shoes that practically sell themselves

**About YOU**:

- You will have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service
- A collaborator and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
- Motivated to lead and drive your team to succeed in a work environment that is faster than the average pace
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Have previous retail management experience in a store manager or assistant store manager capacity
- Provide a persuasive and agile leadership style
- Someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team
- Have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
