HCF is Australia's largest not-for-profit award winning health fund. Their members-first philosophy is simple - be there for their customers when they need them and go out of their way to make the HCF experience a good one

**Job Description**:
**What will you do**:

- Assist customer with the health claims requirements
- Navigate solutions based on the customers needs
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions
- Follow up work on claims
- Promote HCF products when applicable
- Work a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm (7.6 hour shifts)
- Salary starts on $50,000 and increases to $51,000 post probation with an incentive of $100 per month

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- The drive to learn new skills
- A proactive approach to work
- An empathetic approach to customer
- To work from home you must have a fixed internet connection
- You must be located in Melbourne
- Have full working rights within Australia
