Due to our growth - Highland Security is looking for a

Daytime Security Alarm Monitoring Software Operator.

The applicant must have the following criteria:

- Be enthusiastic, motivated and willing to work as part of a team.
- Willing to adapt to Highland Security - Procedures, Methodology and Positive Culture.
- Must be available most day or afternoons of the week to work.
- Able to work at least 20hrs and up to 40 hours per week.
- Must have clear communication skills
- The applicant must be fluent in English and be self motivated with a willingness to listen and learn.
- Abilty to work well in a team and also work unsupervised once experienced.
- Must have a current 1E NSW security licence

Job tasks and responsibilities

This role will be as a Security - Sims 3 - Monitoring Centre Operator.

Duties include
- Monitoring of Alarm systems and CCTV
- Contacting clients and understanding of Alarms and the Security Industry.
- Despatching and handling of all Highland Security Patrols Officer and Vehicles.
- Customer Service - Plays a big role in Highland Security.
- Resolving issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Handling phone calls across all of our Departments.
- Data Entry

**Salary**: $31.76 - $69.88 per hour

Supplementary Pay:
