**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a Leading Poultry Group, focused on excellent bird care and premium quality products. They have a strong policy of staff training and internal promotion.
**THE ROLE**
Due to internal expansion, the Group is looking to appoint dynamic Farm Managers - committed to running their farms with a strong personal touch. There will be extensive training provided in a supportive team environment.
This is a rare and genuine opportunity to continue your career. Located close by major regional hubs, working with a well funded, stable and expanding dynamic poultry group, with excellent career prospects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Care of poultry flocks with emphasis on welfare, uniformity and flock performance;
- Leading, training and motivating a team to achieve high performance targets;
- Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement in animal welfare, biosecurity, productivity and environmental awareness.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and related farm administration skills;
- Prior experience in related poultry management (all species - broiler or egg, etc.);
- Ability to lead, organise and manage a team to meet and exceed targets; and
- Ability to work in a team environment.
**LOCATIONS**
Leading Regional VIC, large hub towns.
**REMUNERATION**
An attractive package will be offered which will be commensurate with experience.
