Our client is one of Australia's largest suppliers of eggs to the Australian Market. Operating for over 80 years they aim to effectively process, package, and distribute shell eggs and egg products to their customers.

**Position Overview**:
The Assistant Farm Manager is responsible for assisting the Farm Manager with daily operations, management of staff, implementing and enforcing quality and animal welfare standards. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a supervisor or management role in a similar industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure bird welfare and health.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance.
- Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices.
- Uphold food safety protocols.
