**Recruitment Team**

We are a high paced team who align closely with our line managers to understand the business needs to enable efficient and quality delivery.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a **Recruitment Coordinator** to work closely with our recruitment team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Blue-Collar Recruitment
- Assist with pre-employment medicals, police checks, PPE orders and collating tickets
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed

**Your Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a fast paced administrative environment
- A proactive go getter; a person who is a self-motivator and initiator of their work
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced energetic workplace
- Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities
- Strong time management and organisation skills
