About the Role
The Anaesthetic Technician delivers safe compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the Healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The Anaesthetic Technician engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct person-centred care. The Anaesthetic Technician provides professional skilled assistance to the Anaesthetist in the safe conduct of all Anaesthetic Procedures across the organisation.

**You will demonstrate**:

- Depth of knowledge, skills, experience and competence as a Theatre Technician
- Clinical knowledge and skills in Perianaesthesia patient care
- Collaborative care and engaging in reflective practice that positively impacts patient's outcomes
