As an Anaesthetic Technician, you will play a vital role in the operating theater, collaborating closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your expertise in assisting with the administration of anaesthesia, monitoring patients' vital signs, and maintaining anesthesia equipment will contribute to successful surgical outcomes and the overall well-being of patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting anaesthesiologists in preparing and administering anaesthesia to patients prior to surgical procedures.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels during surgery.
- Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment and supplies.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Assisting with patient positioning, immobilization, and airway management.
- Responding promptly and effectively to any changes in patients' conditions during surgery.
- Providing support and reassurance to patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of anesthesia administration and patient information.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in Anaesthetic Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Anaesthetic Technician in a surgical setting.
- Sound knowledge of anaesthesia equipment, medications, and procedures.
- Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting patients' vital signs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and provide reassurance to patients.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
