**About the role**

We are currently looking for an adaptable, well-organised and reliable administrative manager to handle the management of online classes, interact with and service to students, parents and teachers.

**The Role**:

- Manage online classes and lesson plans for students and parents to follow
- Liaise and interact with students, parents and teachers
- Assisting occasionally with organising events
- Maintaining the books, materials and test papers
- Performing adhoc administrative duties when necessary
- Proven experience in administration or customer service
- Be flexible, consistent, and available for work after school hours on weekdays
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with a great work ethic
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in using Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Must be able to commence immediately
