**Workforce Team Leader: Rostering and Scheduling - Community Health and Care - Part Time Opportunity Based in Braybrook**

Bring your strong leadership experience to our team of dedicated community care workers. You will have a keen view for maximising client wellbeing in the home through the support and development of our highly valued Direct Care workforce. Known as a **Senior** **Workforce Coordinator** within Benetas, you will support the consistent, efficient and timely scheduling of direct care services to all Benetas clients and enable our staff to provide effective and high quality care.
**Key skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Proven experience in leading a remote workforce including the track record of building capability and communication with employees
- Team collaboration
- Recruitment and retention and leadership of care workers, PCA’s
- Exceptional client service skills with a proactive approach, and analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid administrative with rostering/scheduling experience
- Knowledge and experience with a Client Management System
- High level of computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions
- Ability to prioritise work, problem solve, anaylse data and use initiative
- Ownerhsip and contribution to quality improvements for our staff and clients
- Certificate IV in Aged Care and/or Disability or Business Administration or a relevant field
- Relevant experience in a similar role highly regarded (team leader or coordinator in an aged care setting or community health setting)
