We are a local Perth based design and fitout construction company specialising in hospitality, retail, and office projects across Western Australia. Well established for many years we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative interior designer to join our dynamic design team on a full-time basis.
- Oversee material and finish selections for design and have strong knowledge of all resources.
- Prepare design sketches, graphical design, document templates, concept designs, 3D renders and construction drawings.
- Prepare tender and construction documentation packages including drawings, schedules and specifications.
- Prepare and conduct design presentations.
- Liase and manage suppliers, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
- Design document control.

MINIMUM CRITERIA
- A minimum of 5 years design experience across commercial fitouts, particularly in the office and hospitality sector.
- Highly competent in Revit, Adobe Suites and 3D render programs.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Be able to work as a team as well as autonomously.
- Ability to produce high detail construction drawings.
- Self motivated.
- Working under pressure.
