**About Us**: We are a vibrant and diverse 5-in-1 store offering a unique mix of products and services including a tobacconist, convenience store, and a delightful dessert shop featuring waffles, crepes, pancakes, acai bowls, froyo, arcade machines and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for our customers and staff alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team to provide **outstanding customer service** across both stores.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all store aspects, including **lottery sales.**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a **positive attitude.**:

- Assist with inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in lottery operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanour.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
- Reliable, with the ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
