We are on the lookout for a vibrant and eager **Career Assistant in Nursing **to become integral members of our team.
- **Nursing students need not apply**.
- Ideally suited to career AIN’s to work in our Medical/ Surgical wards across our site.
- As part of nurturing team, you will contribute to delivering dedicated and specialised care to our patients.

In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Managers, **offering an exciting pathway into the world of healthcare.**

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you should embody a positive and effective team spirit, showcasing excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

**You should also possess**:

- **A Certificate III in Health Service Assistance or equivalent.**:

- Able to work on the medical/surgical wards.
- Availability for a **flexible roster covering all 7 days of the week.**:

- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently following directions.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $26.34 + 25% casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
