**Looking For**
- Dental Receptionist / Assistant - Reception requires previous experiences.
- Preferred both receptionist & assistant experience.

**Your Duties**
- Front desk management
- Appointment book management
- Payment & Health fund claims
- Patient recalls & reactivations
- Back up for Dental Assisting, Sterilisation & Infection control
- Chairside Assistance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of dental supplies, order necessary items and ensure the availability of essential materials and equipment.
- Support dental professionals during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, handing them necessary tools, and ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Support clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Treatment co-ordination with patients

**You Should Have**
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Team player & good interpersonal skills
- Punctual & trustworthy
- At least 1 year experience in dental industry
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in dental practice management software - D4W
- Dental Assistant Certification
- Customer centric & focused
- **Mandarin or Korean Speaking preferred - but not essential**

**You Can Expect**
- Part time or Casual**:Start with 1-2 days but possible extension**:

**To Apply**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
