SPS Facilities are currently seeking a Full-TimeCleaning Contract Managerwho is keen to work **Night **shift in the Brisbane City.

Established for over 30 years, we have enjoyed external recognition, contract retention success and managed our planned growth.

**About the Role**:
SPS Facilities are searching for the right person to become a member of our Brisbane Night Team, working Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has worked previously in a Cleaning Contract Managers position and is pedantic about customer service, enjoys accountability, developing long lasting relationships, team management, safety cultures and demonstrates exceptional communication and organisational skills. Having the ability to prioritise and to be flexible with your daily schedule is essential as competing tasks will be given to you by different people throughout the day. This will have you enjoying variety in your role and liaising with clients and building managers throughout the building. There is a Phone and Tablet provided, as well as on-site parking. This is a challenging but rewarding role.

**To Be Successful For The Role, you must display**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Reliability and ability to commit to scheduled hours.
- Ability to work unsupervised and with others.
- Previous experience in a similar Contract Management postion.
- A current Police Clearance or the ability to get one.
- Ready for an immediate start.
- Only applicants who can work a regular 38-hour week at night would suit this role.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
