**About the Role**:
You will provide individual support to people that have a disability and/or psycho-social needs enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering care to our clients across disabilty homes and the community across the Mandurah and surrounding areas. **What you need**:

- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- At least 6 months’ previous work experience providing community/disability support in Australia
- Valid WESTERN AUSTRALIA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker screening check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Flu Vaccination
- Be highly organized, flexible and reliable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English)
- Compassionate and dedicated to your work and clients

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $33.00 - $52.88 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
