At Boutique Disability Services, we believe in the power of genuine connection and quality support. We’re expanding our team and looking for experienced, compassionate Support Workers to join us in providing exceptional, person-centred care to clients in the Mandurah and Rockingham area.

**About the Role**

As a Boutique Disability Support Worker, you won’t just ‘do a job’ — you’ll make a real difference. You’ll be trusted to work one-on-one with clients, providing tailored supports such as:

- **In-home care**: Personal care, daily living assistance, and overnight support
- **Community participation**: Supporting social outings, group activities, and goal-focused community access
- **Flexible support**: Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and overnight — your availability helps us match you with clients who need you most

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for experienced Support Workers who:

- Have a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Are committed to person-centred, respectful care
- Communicate well with clients, families, and colleagues
- Are adaptable and confident working independently and as part of a team
- Are flexible to work weekends, overnights, or varied shifts when needed
- Bring positivity, reliability, and professionalism to every shift

**What You’ll Need**
- **Essential**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Full, valid Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights
- **Desirable**:

- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services

**What We Offer**
- **Pay**: $35.15 - $45.94 per hour (SCHADS Award, depending on experience)

Pay: $35.15 - $45.94 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
